Justyna and Azizu’s wedding at Sea Cliff Resort & Spa Zanzibar brought together more than 100 guests from different parts of the world for a multi day celebration filled with emotion, energy and atmosphere. Planned by Castaway Weddings, the celebration combined oceanfront ceremony settings, relaxed luxury, vibrant reception moments and intimate portraits across the island.

For me, weddings like this are never only about documenting beautiful details or spectacular locations. They are about people and connection. I photographed Asia’s wedding years earlier, and returning to document her sister Justyna’s wedding in Zanzibar made this celebration feel deeply personal. Many of my clients stay in touch long after the wedding day because the experience becomes more than photography. It becomes shared memories, trust and friendship built while documenting one of the most important moments of their lives.
